I am a multi media artist and yoga teacher dedicated to creating a space where art and mindfulness meet. My work is a celebration of dreamy and poetic resilience in personal tragedy and community suffered, like covid and climate change. I have been greatly affected by concussions and chronic illness, and I continue to conquer limiting beliefs through my vast body of work.
